摘 要:研究梳棉机刺辊速度变化对大漏底落物质量的影响问题。用AFIS单纤维测试仪对梳棉机在4档刺辊速度条件下的大漏底落物和盖板花中纤维各项指标进行了检测和比较。结果显示,刺辊速度在800r/min^1 200r/min范围内,随着刺辊速度增加,大漏底落物率随之增加,但是当刺辊速度增加至1 400r/min时,大漏底落物率反而呈下降趋势,总体上以刺辊速度为1 200r/min时大漏底落物质量最差。认为:梳棉机刺辊速度对大漏底落物质量的指标有较大影响。The influence problems of the licker-in speed change on carding machine on the quality of cylinder screen drop were studied. Each indexes of the fibers in cylinder screen drop and fiat waste in carding machine un der four grades of licker in speeds were tested and compared with AFIS single fiber tester. The test results show that the drop percent of cylinder screen is enlarged as the increase of lick-in speed when the licker-in speed is under the range of 800 r/min-1 200 r/min. However,the drop percentage shows a decrease trend when the lickerin speed is larger than 1 400 r/min,In general,when the licker-in speed is 1 200 r/min,the cylinder screen drop quality is the worst. It is considered that the licker-in speed of carding machine has great effect on the cylinder screen drop quality.
