纬向管状织物的设计与生产

摘　　要：探讨纬向管状织物的设计与生产要点。根据纬向管状织物的结构,分析了纬向管状的形成原理;结合织物的交织规律,分析了织造要点和相关机构的设计;以JC 14.6tex纱为经纬纱,进行了小样试织,并在GA747型剑杆织机上进行了生产,总结了相关工艺要点和采取的技术措施。织造出的织物富有立体感,装饰性强。认为:生产中通过合理调整各工序的工艺参数,优化各机构的配合,可以保证织物的质量和效果。The design and production key points of weft hollow fabric were discussed. Based on the structure of weft hollow fabric,the forming principle of weft hollow fabric was analyzed. Combining the interweaving mech anism, the weaving key points and the design of relative mechanisms were analyzed. JC 14.6 rex yarn was selected as warp and weft for sample weaving. GA747 rapier loom was used for the production. Relative technology key points and technology measures adopted were summarized. The woven fabric has richer stereoscopic sensation and stronger decoration, h is considered that the quality and effect of the fabric can be ensured through reasonable adjustment of technology parameters in each processing of the production and optimizing the cooperation of each mechanism.
