HPLC法同时测定好胃来软胶囊中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量

摘　　要：建立同时测定好胃来软胶囊中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Dikma C18,流动相为乙腈-水（V/V,55∶45）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为225 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μl。结果：木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯检测质量浓度线性范围分别为24.00-108.00μg/ml（r=0.999 7）、20.88-93.98μg/ml（r=0.999 8）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈1%;加样回收率分别为98.71%-100.00%（RSD=0.25%,n=6）、96.88%-99.18%（RSD=0.40%,n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、稳定性和重复性好,可用于好胃来软胶囊中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量的同时测定。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Haoweilai soft capsule. METHODS：HPLC was performed on the column of Dikma C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile- water（V/V,55 ∶ 45）at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 225 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS：The linear range were 24.00-108.00 μ g/ml（r=0.999 7）for costunolide and 20.88-93.98 μg/ml for dehydrocostus lactone（r=0.999 8）;RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 1%;recoveries were98.71%-100.00%（RSD=0.25%,n=6）and 96.88%-99.18%（RSD=0.40%,n=6）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple with good stability and reproducibility,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Haoweilai soft capsule.
