HPLC法测定八珍丸(浓缩丸)中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立测定八珍丸（浓缩丸）中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Wonda Sil C18,流动相为乙腈-1%磷酸（15∶85,V/V）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为30℃。结果：芍药苷检测进样量线性范围为0.219-1.32μg（r=0.999 9）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈1%;加样回收率为95.82%-101.82%（RSD=2.13%,n=6）。结论 ：该方法操作简便、稳定、重复性好,可用于八珍丸（浓缩丸）中芍药苷含量的测定。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Bazhen pill（concentrated pill）.METHODS：HPLC was performed on the column of wondasil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid（15 ∶ 85,V/V）at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,and column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS：The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0219-1.32 μ g（r=0.999 9）;RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than1%;recovery was 95.82%-101.82%（RSD=2.13%,n=6）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the content determination of Bazhen pill（concentrated pill）.
