摘  要:目的分析黄连等7种中药对淋菌耐药菌株的抑制作用,从中筛选对多药耐药淋菌抗菌活性强的中药。方法应用平皿打孔法测定黄连、五倍子、诃子、大黄、黄柏、黄芩和金银花等7种中药对2013年1-8月从江西省妇幼保健院分离的20株淋菌耐药菌株的抑菌环直径,筛选抗菌作用强的中药;肉汤二倍稀释法分析比较黄连、五倍子、诃子对淋菌耐药菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果黄连等7种中药对淋菌耐药菌株的抑菌环直径均值依次为五倍子〉诃子〉黄连〉大黄〉金银花〉黄芩〉黄柏;五倍子、诃子、黄连、大黄对淋菌的抑菌环直径均值间差异无统计学意义,与金银花、黄芩、黄柏的抑菌环直径均值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);比较黄连、五倍子、诃子对淋菌耐药菌株的MIC值,五倍子的MIC值最低为5×10~4μg/ml,诃子次之为12×10~4μg/ml,黄连最高为45×10~4μg/ml。结论黄连等7种中药中,五倍子对淋菌耐药菌株的抑制作用最强,中药可为由耐药性淋菌引起的难治性淋病提供新的治疗途径。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of 7kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)such as Coptidis rhizome on inhibition of drug-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae so as to screen out the TCM with high antibacterial activity against the multidrug-resistant N.gonorrhoeae.METHODS A total of 20 strains of drug-resistant N.gonorrhoeae were isolated from the Maternal and Children Health Care Hospital of Jiangxi from Jan 2013 to Aug2013,then the inhibition zone diameters of 7kinds of TCM,including Coptis chinensis,Galla chinensis,Terminalia chebula,Rhubarb,Cortex phellodendri,Radix scutellarae,and Lonicera japonica,were determined by using plate-perforation method so as to screen out the TCM with high antibacterial activity.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs)and minimum bactericidal concentrations(MBCs)of Coptis chinensis,Galla chinensis,and Terminalia chebula to the drug-resistant N.gonorrhoeae were determined with the use of double broth dilution method.RESULTS The inhibition zone diameters of the 7TCM to the drug-resistant N.gonorrhoeae,in a descending order,were as follows:Galla chinensis,Temialin chebula,Coptidis rhizome,Rhubarb,Lonccero japonica Thunb,Radix scutellarae,Cortex phellodendri;there was no significant difference in the inhibition zone diameter to the N.gonorrhoeae among Galla chinensis,Temialin chebula,Coptidis rhizome,and Rhubarb;however,as compared with the inhibition zone diameters of Lonccero japonica Thunb,Radix scutellarae,and Cortex phellodendri,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).As compared with the MICs of Coptidis rhizome,Galla chinensis,and Temindia chebnla,the MIC of Galla chinensis was the lowest(5×104μg/ml),followed by Temindia chebnla(12×104μg/ml)and Coptidis rhizome(45×104μg/ml).CONCLUSIONGalla chinensis has the highest antibacterial activity against the drug-resistant N.gonorrhoeae among the 7kinds of TCM,and TCM can be used as a new approach for treatment of refractory gonorrhea induced by the drug-resistant N.gonorrhoeae.
