摘　　要：缪荃孙《书录解题考证》久已失传。该书多源于卢文弨《群书校正》。卢氏《新订书录解题》久为学者所关注,为上古本整理本重要校本。经比对,《群书校正》中有40多条校记详于上古本所出卢校,160多条为上古本所无,这些校记或为考证异同,或为总结大例,价值重大而尚未被关注。同时,傅增湘的《书录解题校记》有数百条也可补上古本卢校的不足。本文探讨了上述文献的价值与关系,对于《书录解题》及卢文弨等学者的研究,都极具意义。Shu Lu Jie Ti Kao Zheng writtetl by MAao Quansun had lost for a long time, a few pages of this article on the new found relating to the Miao＇s manuscript, makes a discussion on the content of the book. Lu Wenchao＇s Xin Ding Shu Lu Jie Ti has been attention by scholars for a long time. This paper researches the values, similarities, differences of Qun Shu J iao Zheng , Xin Ding Shu Lu Jie Ti, and Shu Lu J ie Ti Jiao Ji , and discusses the value and the relationships of these documents for the study which will be of great significance for the studies of Shu Lu Jie Ti and Lu Wenchao and other scholars.
