摘　　要：目的利用文献计量的方法分析1986-2015年中医药治疗真菌感染的相关文献,为寻找新型抗真菌药物和方法提供帮助。方法检索PubMed、Embase、SCI及CNKI 4大数据库,对中医药治疗真菌感染相关文献进行汇总,应用文献计量学的方法,对纳入研究的文献年份分布、语种、刊物、作者单位、文献类型和中药类型等进行统计分析。结果纳入文献共计833篇,文献数量呈逐年上升的趋势;相关研究以国内研究为主,主要发表在中文期刊上,且相关研究单位和发表刊物分布较为分散;所纳入的中文文献以中药方剂的研究最多,而非中文文献更倾向于中药提取物的研究。结论中医药治疗真菌感染已经引起了国内学者的高度重视,但相关研究还处于较低水平,且尚未获得国际上其他国家的广泛认可;对于中医药现代化,更加深入的研究和探索仍需进行。OBJECTIVE To investigate the related literatures with respect to treatment of fungal infections with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）from 1986 to 2015by means of bibliometric analysis so as to seek novel antifungal agents and provide guidance for treatment.METHODS The four big databases,including PubMed,Embase,SCI,and CNKI,were retrieved to collect the literatures regarding the treatment of fungal infections with TCM.The statistical analysis was performed for the distribution of publication years,languages,journals,authors,types of literatures,and types of TCM of the enrolled literatures.RESULTS A total of 833 literatures were enrolled in the study,and the number of literatures was increased year by year.The domestic papers were dominant among the related literatures,the majority of which were published in Chinese journals,and the distribution of the research institutions and journals was rather dispersed.The enrolled Chinese literatures were dominated by the literatures regarding the TCM prescriptions,while the non-Chinese literatures were more inclined to the researches of Chinese herbal extracts.CONCLUSIONThe Chinese researchers have attached great importance to the treatment of fungal infections with TCM,however,the relevant researches remain at low levels and have not been widely recognized in the world.Further studies and explorations are required for the modernization of TCM.
