摘 要:北方某市根据河北省和该市南水北调配套工程规划的总体要求,结合南水北调工程中线来水的水质及对引水工程的影响,进行了地表水厂建设及输配水管网改造。地表水厂采用常规处理和臭氧活性炭深度处理相组合的处理工艺,实际运行效果良好;在水源切换过程中,采用外调水与本地地下水混合供应的供水方案,有效避免了水源切换过程中的黄水问题。该工程为南水北调地表水厂建设与输配水管网改造工程提供了借鉴。According to the requirements of Hebei Province and a city for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and combined with the water quality influence of the middle line of the project, the surface water plant was constructed, and the water transport and distribution network was reconstructed. The surface water plant adopted the combined process of conventional treatment and advanced treatment using ozone/activated carbon, and the good operation effect was achieved. During the water source trans- formation period, a water supply scheme of mixing the outside water with the local underground water was adopted, and the problem of red water was avoided. The project can provide reference for construction of similar surface water plants and reconstruction of water transport and distribution network for the South-to- North Water Diversion Project.
