摘  要:为进一步改善滦河流域水环境,政府要求河北省某县污水处理厂进行升级改造,使其出水指标由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的二级标准提高到一级B标准。采用恒水位A/O(SBR)工艺作为升级改造方案,改造后出水水质在检测时限内满足达标要求。该工艺对无扩展用地,或用地不满足常规处理工艺扩展需求的污水处理厂升级改造具有一定的参考意义。In order to further improve the water environment of Luan River basin, the government required that a county sewage treatment plant in Hebei Province was upgraded and retrofitted, and the effluent quality should be improved from the original second level criteria to the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 - 2002). The constant water level A/O (SBR) process was adopted as the upgrading scheme. After the retrofitting, the effluent quality could meet the requirements within the detection time limit. The process has some reference value for the upgrading and retrofitting of WWTPs without expansion land or with land of not meeting the expansion needs of conventional treatment process.
