新技术革命与电信服务价格的变化关系研究

摘　　要：在我国电信服务行业,三大手机通信运营商几乎垄断了全部移动通信服务业务,消费者往往不得不承受超额的服务收费。随着新技术的产生与进步,这一垄断局面有望被彻底打破,替代品威胁的出现和消费者议价能力的提高,将使消费者再一次享受到科技进步带来的社会福利,通信运营商目前的"黄金时代"将一去不复返。在此背景下,通信运营商应尽快改革电信服务价格形成机制,顺应时代发展要求,不断提高自身研发能力,增加对前瞻性技术的投资,以占领新的行业制高点,维持自身的竞争优势,防止被淘汰出局。In the China＇s telecommunication industry, the three major mobile operators almost monopolized all of the telecommunication service industry, and the consumers always had to bear the extra service charge. With the generation and progress of novel technology, the monopoly situation would be broken, the emergency of substitute threat and the enhance- ment in consumers＇ bargain capacity endow consumers with enjoying the science progress and social welfare, and the golden age of operators would be gone forever. In the context, the operators should take reform of price formation mechanism of telecommunication service as soon as possible, adapt to the demand of era development, continuously increase self R＆D abili- ty, increase the investment of prospective technology to dominate the industrial commanding heights and maintain self com- petitive advantage to prevent from being eliminated.
