文化养老视域下宁波城市社区老年体育公共服务体系建设途径研究

摘　　要：采用文献研究方法与调查研究方法相结合、实证分析方法和规范分析方法相结合、数理统计法和逻辑分析法相结合等方法,以宁波老三区(江东、江北、海曙)城市社区中针对老年人所开展的体育公共服务为研究对象,对宁波城市社区老年体育公共服务体系发展现状、存在的问题等进行调查与分析。研究认为文化养老视域下宁波城市社区老年体育公共服务体系建设途径应包括:1政府和社会层面应加大社区体育文化养老公共服务的供给、扶持和宣传力度;2社区层面应加大体育组织、社团、协会在文化方面的培养力度,发展体育文化志愿者队伍;3服务主体层面要转变社区管理者和老年人的观念。Through methods of combination of literature research and investigation research, combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis, and combination of mathematical statistics and logic analysis. In Ningbo old-three districts （Jiangdong, Jiangbei and Haishu） for the elderly in urban community＇s sports public service as the research object, community elderly sports public service system of Ningbo city development present situation, existing prob- lems and so on carries on the investigation and analysis. In the authors＇ opinion, ways to construction of community sports public service system for senior citizen in Ningbo city from perspective of cultural pension including the follow- ings： ①Government and society should strengthen community sports culture endowment the supply of public services, support, and publicity. ②Should step up on the community sports organizations, societies, associations in the culti- vation of the culture, sports culture development volunteer team. ③Service principal level to change the concept of community management and the elderly.
