摘　　要：校园足球改革作为中国足球改革的重要一环,其成功与否将直接影响中国足球的长远发展,就校园足球改革面对的挑战及如何应战进行分析,旨在为校园足球改革提供理论借鉴。应试教育的长期存在导致对校园足球认知存在偏差,经费不足、场地短缺、师资匮乏等问题也是困扰校园足球发展和改革的巨大挑战。成功应对校园足球改革面对的挑战,需要构建校园足球人才培养体系,建立完善校园足球管理机制、保险保障机制和竞赛机制,同时,加大资金投入,增强师资力量,充分利用和开发场地资源。Reform of the campus football as an important part of the reform of Chinese football,and its success or not will have a direct impact on the long-term development of Chinese football. In this paper, the reform of the campus football to face challenges and how to challenge were analyzed to provide the reference for the reform of the campus football. The long-term existence of the exam oriented education has resulted in the deviation of the campus football cognition, the shortage of funds, the shortage of space, the shortage of teachers, and so on. Successful response to the challenges of the reform of the campus football, the need to build a campus football talent training system, establish and improve the campus football management mechanism, insurance mechanism and competition mechanism at the same time, increase investment in capital, enhance the teachers, the full use and development of space resources.
