摘  要:江东大桥是国内跨径最大的自锚定式悬索桥,大桥采用了国内自主研发的ERS铺装技术,由于江东大桥钢箱梁顶板较薄,在高温重载等极端使用条件下经过5年的运营,桥面铺装局部出现了较为严重的车辙、推移和开裂病害。根据力学分析结果和结合铺装现场破损状况,提出了有针对性的分方向铺装养护维修方案,在保证桥梁结构安全的基础上建议适当增加铺装厚度,改善铺装受力。结合钢桥面铺装养护施工特点,从原铺装挖除、EBCL层施工、RA05层及SMA13层施工等关键工序入手,提出了有针对性的关键施工工艺。研究成果为国内类似钢桥面铺装养护项目提供了良好的借鉴。Jiangdong Bridge is the longest self- anchored suspension bridges in China. The bridge adopted the domestic independent technology of ERS which is composed of EBCL, 2.0cm thickness of RA05 and 4.0cm thickness of SMA10. Jiangdong Bridge has been operating for 5 years since it opened to traffic. Due to the extreme climate of high temperature and heavy load conditions, early damages appear seriously in steel bridge deck pavement. The paper presents the ERS maintenance technique based on the pavement distress and mechanical analysis of Jiangdong Bridge. As the main load bearing layer, the thickness of RA05 layer needs to be raised to improve its mechanics and protect other structure layers. Meanwhile, the high temperature anti - rutting performance of SMA13 layer should be improved. The paper also presents the deck pavement maintenance construction technology of the Jiangdong bridge based on the key procedures which are removing the original pavement, EBCL layer construction, RA05 mixture and SMA13 mixture construction.
