摘　　要：右美托咪定是高效、高选择性的α2肾上腺素能受体激动药,具有剂量依赖性的镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑等作用,其特点是对呼吸几乎无抑制作用,可以产生能被唤醒的镇静状态。目前,主要应用于重症监护病房、外科手术、有创或无创检查等,取得了很好的效果,且不良反应少。右美托咪定作为麻醉辅助用药用于行扁桃体及腺样体切除术的小儿也取得了良好的镇静、镇痛作用。Dexmedetomidine is a highly efficient and highly selective α2-adrenoceptor agonist with dose dependent properties of sedation, analgesia and antianxiety, the characteristic of which is almost no respiratory inhibition and causing sedation that can he awakened. Currently, dexmedetomidine is mainly used in intensive care unit, surgical procedures and invasive or non-invasive examinations, which have acquired very good effects with less adverse effects. As an anesthetic adjuvant, dexmedetomidine has also played a good role in sedation and analgesia for the children undergoing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.
