摘  要:文章详细介绍了某公司两台型号为LSS2-1.0-Q贯流式锅炉发生爆管的事故,通过宏观检查、厚度测量、水垢分析等多方面的分析试验,找出了锅炉爆管的直接原因是由于长期水质不良导致结垢严重所致,为避免类似爆管事故,提出了加强水质管理和停炉保养的预防措施。This paper detailed introduces that two models for LSS2 - 1.0 - Q of tubular boiler occured the explosion accidents tube in a company. By means of macroscopic inspection, thickness measurement, water scale analysis and other tests, the direct reason was found. The cause was that the poor water quality for a long time led to serious water scale. In order to avoid the similar accident, the some preventive measures which strengthen the management of water quality and the maintenance for a cold boiler were proposed.
