浅谈350MW超临界W型火焰锅炉的安装注意事项、主要问题及处理措施

摘　　要：由于超临界W型火焰锅炉设计结构和燃烧方式的特殊性,导致其比常规锅炉安装难度大,且安装质量也直接影响着锅炉的安全稳定运行。本文以某新建电厂所采用的350 MW超临界W型火焰锅炉为例,根据其设计特点和安装经验,结合以往W型火焰锅炉在运行中发生的问题,讨论350 MW超临界W型火焰锅炉在安装过程中的注意事项和运行中的主要问题及处理措施。Because of the specificity of design structure and combustion method of W - shaped flame supercritical boiler, the installing difficulty is bigger than usual type boiler, and the installing qualitycan directly influence the boiler＇ s safe and stable running. This paper takes some domestic newly - built power plant boiler,which is an independent developed 350 MW W- shaped flame boiler as anexample, according to its design characterisitics and installation experience, combining other W - shaped flame boilers＇ running issues, talks about the notices of installation, major running issuesand soluations of 350 MW W- shaped flame boilers.
