摘　　要：Ceftolozane是一种新型的头孢菌素类抗生素,对铜绿假单胞菌以及多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌等革兰阴性菌显示出较强的抗菌活性。2014年12月ceftolozane/三唑巴坦(CXA-201)获得FDA批准上市,用于治疗复杂性腹腔内感染(c IAI)和复杂性尿路感染(c UTI)。本文对其作用机制、合成路线、体外抗菌活性、药动学和临床试验等进行了综述。Ceftolozane is a novel cephalosporin antibiotics. Ceftolozane was strongly effective antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and multi-drug resistant（MDR） Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The FDA granted marketing authorization for ceftolozane/tazobactam （CXA-201） in December 2014 for the treatment of complicated intra-abdominal infections （cIAI）and complicated urinary tract infections （cUTI）. The review summarizes its mechanism of action, synthetic routes, in vitro antibacterial activity pharmacokinetics and clinical trials.
