氡温泉水疗对疗养官兵血脂、血尿酸及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氡温泉水疗对高海拔地区疗养官兵血脂、血尿酸及心功能的影响,为拓展氡温泉自然因子疗养提供依据。方法收集来我院疗养的高海拔地区官兵80例,随机分为氡温泉组和热水浴组,每组40例,分别运用氡温泉及普通热水在不同浴场进行浸浴水疗干预,每日下午30 min,连续10 d,比较两组干预前后TC(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三脂)、UA(血尿酸)和左室射血分数(LVEF)及左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)的变化。结果与干预前比较,干预后两组TC、TG、UA均明显降低,LVEF、LVFS有所升高(P<0.05);干预后组间对比,氡温泉组TC、UA低于热水浴组,LVEF、LVFS高于热水浴组(P<0.05)。结论氡温泉水疗干预可有效降低高海拔地区疗养官兵血脂、血尿酸水平,提升左室射血功能及心功能储备,对于恢复和促进高海拔地区疗养官兵身体健康具有重要作用。Objective To observe the effects of radon spring bathing on the blood lipids, uric acid, and cardiac function of officers and soldiers from high altitude area. Methods 80 officers and soldiers from high altitude area taking the resting therapy were enrolled and randomly divided into radon spring immersion bath group（40 cases） and hot water immersion bath group（40 cases）. Both groups were given immersion bath for 30 minutes every afternoon for consecutive 10 days. Comparison was made in the changes of triglycerides（TG）, cholesterol（TC）, uric acid（UA）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, and left ventricular fractional shortening（LVFS） between the two groups. Results Compared with the indexes before the intervention, the TG, TC, and UA decreased, and LVEF and LVFS increased（P 0.05）. In the comparison between the two groups, the TG and UA in the radon spring immersion bath group were significantly lower and those in the hot water immersion bath group, while the LVEF and LVFS in the former group were significantly higher than those in the latter one（P 0.05）. Conclusion The intervention by radon spring immersion bath can reduce levels of blood lipids and uric acid and improve the cardiac function of officers and soldiers from high altitude area. It plays an important role in the recuperation and promotion of health in officers and soldiers from high altitude area.
