复方聚乙二醇电解质口服方式对无痛肠镜准备效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散不同时间口服对成人无痛肠镜准备效果的影响。方法以我院行无痛肠镜检查的150例成人患者为研究对象,均通过复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服进行肠道准备,将其随机分为A组（清晨5~7点口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散）、B组（上午8~10点口服）、C组（19~21点口服）,各50例,比较3组肠道清洁效果、肠道准备时间、不良反应及患者舒适度。结果 A组肠道清洁有效率为96.0%,显著高于B组和C组的84.0%和78.0%（P〈0.05）;A组、B组和C组首次排便距服药时间分别为（32.1±15.4）、（52.0±24.2）和（80.2±23.4）min,最后排便距服药时间分别为（3.2±1.4）、（6.3±1.3）和（9.4±3.5）h,3组间比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。A组排便次数明显少于B组、C组,患者舒适度评分明显高于B组、C组（P〈0.05）。3组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论无痛肠镜检查当天清晨5~7点口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散对肠道清洁效果最好,能有效缩短肠道准备时间,提高患者舒适度,安全可行。Objective To investigate the influence of oral medication with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte on preparation effect of painless colonoscopy. Methods 150 adult cases undergoing painless colonoscopy were selected as research objects. All of them orally took compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for the bowel preparation. According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A（oral medication time between 5：00 am and 7：00 am）, group B（between 8：00am and 10：00 am）, and group C（between 19：00 pm and 21：00 pm） with 50 cases in each group. Comparison was made in the intestinal cleaning effects, bowel preparation time, adverse reactions, and patients＇ comfort degree among the three groups. Results The effective rate of intestinal cleaning in group A was 96.0% which was significantly higher than that in group B（84.0%） and C（78.0%）（P 0.05）. The time from thefirst defecation to medication of group A, B, and C was（32.1±15.4）,（52.0±24.2）, and（80.2±23.4）min, respectively, and the time from the last defecation to medication was（3.2±1.4）,（6.3±1.3）, and（9.4±3.5）h, respectively（P 0.05）.The differences among the three groups were significant（P 0.05）. The times of defecation in group A were significantly fewer than those of group B and C（P 0.05）. The scores of comfort degree in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C（P 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion The intestinal cleaning effect of oral medication with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder taking between 5：00 am and 7：00am on the day of painless intestinal examination is the best. The treatment can effectively shorten the time of bowel preparation and improve patients＇ comfort degree. It is safe and feasible.
