摘　　要：针对1 mm以下微小尺寸零件的非接触快速检测需求,利用CCD作为图像传感器,结合计算机图像处理技术,对传统万能工具显微镜进行了CCD改造,并进行了实验验证,实现了万能工具显微镜的CCD影像测量功能。For the demand for the non-contact rapid detection of small size parts below 1 mm, using CCD as image sensor, combined with computer image processing technology, the traditional universal tool microscope was renovated with experimental verification, CCD image measurement function of universal tool microscope was realized.
