摘 要:氧化亚锡是一种稳定的具有高度金属光泽的蓝黑的结晶物,是一种天然的p型半导体,因其具有很大的空穴迁移率而备受关注,是一种极具开发前景的绿色环保光催化剂。通过对近年来氧化亚锡晶体制备有关报道的研究,本文概述了氧化亚锡晶体的可控合成研究性状及进展,重点介绍了水热合成法合成不同形状的氧化亚锡并对其应用领域的发展前景进行了简要分析。Stannous oxide is a stable blue-black crystals with a high degree of metallic luster , and it is also a natural p-type semiconductor .It attracts more concern because of a large hole mobility which is an extremely development prospect and green environmental protection photocatalyst .Through the relevant reports of the preparation of SnO crystals in recent years , the character and progress of the controlled synthesis of SnO were summarized , hydrothermal synthesis method to synthesize different shapes of SnO was focus on and its application in the field of development prospects were briefly analyzed.
