摘  要:柠康酸酐也称2-甲基马来酸酐,一般是由衣康酸在催化剂作用下进行脱水反应及分子内双键异构化移转制得,针对柠康酸酐合成的研究层出不穷。综述了国内外共沸脱水法制备柠康酸酐的研究进展,主要介绍了共沸脱水过程中的几类催化剂,如叔酰胺类催化剂、酸-碱催化剂、磷酸盐类催化剂、杂多酸系列催化剂,并比较了这几类催化剂的优缺点,指出了未来共沸脱水法制备柠康酸酐的发展方向。Citraconic anhydride also is known as 2-methyl maleic anhydride , and generally prepared by itaconic acid via a dehydration/isomerization reaction using a catalyst .Numerous studies about synthesis of citraconic anhydride were reported.Research progress on citraconic anhydride by azeotropic dehydration was reviewed .Some catalysts used for azeotropic dehydration were introduced , such as tertiary amides , organic acid-base catalysts , alkali metal phosphates , heteropoly acid and salts. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of these catalysts were compared . The development direction of azeotropic dehydration catalyst was pointed out .
