摘  要:采用功能性单体季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)合成了多交联丙烯酸酯乳液,并在乳液成膜过程中外加氮丙啶固化剂,提高体系交联密度。采用红外光谱对产物的结构进行了表征,并考察了PETA含量对乳液粒径、热性能、耐水性及交联度的影响。结果表明,红外分析证实了羧基和羟基与氮丙啶发生了交联反应,随着PETA含量的增加,粒径从116 nm减小至98 nm,热稳定性增加,胶膜吸水率降低,交联度升高。漆膜性能测试优良。A series of multiple cross-linked polyacrylate emulsions ( MPA) was synthesized by using pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA) as multiple cross-linker and aziridine was also used to increase the crosslinking density .The structure was characterized by FTIR .The effect of PETA content on emulsion size , thermal stability , water resistance and gel content of the films were also evaluated .The FTIR results showed that the reaction occurred between the carboxyl , hydroxyl groups and aziridine .With the increment of the PETA content , the particle size decreased from 116 nm to 98 nm, the thermal stability increased , the water absorption decreased , and the gel content increased . The MPA emulsion’s film formation properties as coatings were good .
