摘 要:对超临界机组的三种水工况进行了比较。从三种水工况条件下形成的保护性氧化膜特征分析,发现在氧化性水工况条件下,钢形成的保护膜耐水冲刷,OT(Oxygenated treatment)水工况下系统的结垢和积盐量大大减少,氧化皮在过热器、再热器的沉积少,延长了精处理运行周期,减少了凝结水中铁的含量,因此OT水工况是超临界锅炉最佳的水工况。机组在启动时,需要先进行AVT(O)(Oxidizing all-volatile treatment)水工况运行,再转化为OT水工况,以确保机组安全运行OT水工况。Three water operation conditions in supercritical power plant were compared in this work .The protective oxide film characterizations at each of the three water operation conditions were analyzed .The results showed that the protective film on steel was water-erosion-resistant in supercritical condition at oxidizing operation conditions , OT ( Oxygenated treatment ) condition had so strict water quality requirement that fouling and salt deposition in system were greatly reduced , oxide scale in superheater and repeater deposition rate was decreased , the condensate polishing system running cycle was prolonged , the iron content in condensed water was reduced .So OT condition was optimal condition for supercritical boiler.When startup, AVT(O)(Oxidizing all-volatile treatment) operation condition was the first operated condition and then should be transformed with OT condition , to ensure the safe operation of boiler .
