摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了负载型H_6PV_3Mo W_8O_(40)(PVMo W)/MCM-41催化剂。以苯甲醇和乙酸为原料,PVMo W/MCM-41为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,在苯甲醇用量为0.1 mol,乙酸/苯甲醇(摩尔比)为2.5,PVMo W负载质量分数为50%,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为2.5 h,催化剂用量为0.6 g的条件下,可制备乙酸苄酯。结果表明:在上述最佳反应条件下,苯甲醇转化率为95.33%,乙酸苄酯选择性达到94.48%;PVMo W/MCM-41催化剂在循环使用3次后,苯甲醇转化率仍可达到82%,乙酸苄酯选择性仍大于94%。The supported catalyst H6PV3 Mo W8O40( PVMo W) /MCM- 41 was prepared by an impregnation method. Benzyl acetate was prepared with benzyl alcohol and acetic acid as raw materials,PVMo W / MCM- 41 as catalyst,cyclohexane as dehydrant under the conditions of benzyl alcohol amount 0. 1 mol,molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohol 2. 5,the PVMo W loading mass fraction50%,reaction temperature 120 ℃,reaction time2. 5 h,catalyst amount 0. 6 g. The results showed that under the above- mentioned optimum conditions,the conversion of benzyl alcohol and the selectivity of benzyl acetate reached 95. 33% and94. 48% respectively. After the catalyst was reused for 3 times,the conversion of benzyl alcohol was still as high as 82% and the selectivity of benzyl acetate was more than 94%.
