摘 要:以乙烯和氢气为原料,三乙基铝为助催化剂,采用自制的淤浆环管聚乙烯钛系催化剂(简称催化剂L)或参比催化剂(简称催化剂R),在己烷用量为1 L,三乙基铝(1 mol/L)用量为1 m L,聚合总压力为1.0 MPa,聚合温度为90℃,聚合时间为2 h的条件下,制备了聚乙烯粉料。结果表明:催化剂L与催化剂R的化学组成相似,二者均具有较宽的粒径分布,二者的氢调敏感性和共聚性能相近;乙烯聚合动力学行为均属于缓慢衰减型。Polyethylene powder was prepared with ethylene and hydrogen as raw materials,triethylaluminum as co- catalyst,using the self- made titanium catalyst( referred to as catalyst L) or the reference catalyst( referred to as catalyst R) at hexane amount 1 L,triethylaluminum( 1 mol / L) amount1 m L,total pressure 1. 0 MPa,polymerization temperature 90 ℃ and polymerization time 2 h. The results showed that catalyst L and catalyst R had similar chemical composition,and both of them had a wide particle size distribution. Two kinds of the catalysts had close performance in the sensitivity to hydrogen and copolymerization. The ethylene polymerization kinetics was the slow decay type.
