摘  要:目的研究低强度脉冲超声(LIPUS)干预对大鼠骨质疏松症(OP)及高脂血症(HP)的影响。方法选取健康雌性SPF级Wistar大鼠共60只,建立OP和HP模型并进行分组研究,OP组干预12周后分别行雌激素E2检测、骨密度检测、生物力学检测、组织学切片检测。HP组建模前后及干预后2周检测大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果超声组、雌激素组和Sham组的骨小梁状态较好,网状结构较为完整,各组间整体状态较为接近,内脏未见明显病理学变化;OP造模结果显示超声M组骨密度水平明显低于雌激素对照组(P<0.05),超声H组的最大载荷有所升高(P<0.05);HP造模结果显示,超声组的TG浓度低于辛伐他汀对照组(P<0.05),LDL-C与HDL-C比值高于辛伐他汀对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LIPUS能够有效改善大鼠骨质疏状态、降低血脂浓度,是一种安全、有效的超声施加方法。Objective To study the effects of low intensity pulsed ultrasound intervention effects on rat osteoporosis (OP) and high fat blood (HP) .Methods A total of 60 healthy female Wistar SPF rats were selected as the experimental objects,and the osteoporosis and HP model was established,and the osteoporosis and blood lipid of rats were compared by ultrasonic interven- tion and drug intervention.Results The results showed that the bone density of M group was significantly lower than that of the estrogen group (P〈0.05), and the maximum load of H group was significantly higher (P〈0.05). The HP model showed that the TG concentration in the ultrasonic group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05),while the LDL-c and HDL-c were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〉0.05).Conclusion LIPUS can effectively improve osteoporosis and reduce blood lipid concentration, and it is a safe and effective method for the application of ultrasound.
