摘 要:分别以磷酸甲苯二苯酯和四溴双酚A为阻燃剂,顺丁橡胶、苯乙烯和丙烯腈为原料,采用连续本体法或掺混法,制备了阻燃型丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚(ABS)树脂。结果表明:以磷酸甲苯二苯酯为阻燃剂,与掺混法阻燃型ABS树脂相比,采用连续本体法制备的试样阻燃性能和物理机械性能较好,但熔体流动速率较低;采用连续本体法,阻燃剂的加入均会降低试样的物理机械性能,但是,加入固体四溴双酚A时,可提高试样的耐热性能。The flame retardant acrylonitrile- butadiene- styrene ternary copolymer( ABS) was prepared with cresyl diphenyl phosphate or tetrabromobisphenol A as flame retardant,butadiene rubber,styrene and acrylonitrile as raw materials by continuous bulk method or permeation- mixed method. The results showed that with cresyl diephenyl phosphate as flame retardant,the samples prepared by continuous bulk method,compared with flame retardant ABS prepared by permeation- mixed method,showed the better flame retardant property and physical and mechanical properties and its melt flow rate was lower.With the continuous bulk method,the physical and mechanical properties of the samples were reduced by adding flame retardant,but its heat resistance was improved by adding tetrabromobisphenol A.
