摘  要:以中国石油辽河石化公司催化裂化(FCC)汽油为原料,采用工业生产的GDS-20,GDS-30,GDS-40催化剂及GDS-10保护剂,在360 m L绝热评价装置上,根据GARDES技术对催化剂性能进行了评价。结果表明:全馏分FCC汽油在105℃下进行预加氢,然后将其按55~65℃切割为轻重馏分;在GDS-30,GDS-40催化剂反应温度分别为190,325℃的条件下,将轻汽油馏分与改质后重汽油馏分以3/7(质量比)调和,调和产品的脱硫率为80.6%,脱硫醇硫率为76.7%,辛烷值损失仅0.1个单位,满足国Ⅳ汽油质量升级的要求。The performance evaluation of industrial production of GDS- 20,GDS- 30,GDS- 40 catalyst and GDS- 10 protective agent was investigated by GARDES technology with Liaohe catalytic cracking gasoline as the feedstock in a 360 m L thermal insulation evaluation device. The results showed that all fractions of FCC gasoline were pre- hydrogenated at 105 ℃,then the light and heavy gasoline fractions were cut in terms of 55- 65 ℃. After the light gasoline fraction blended with the modified heavy oil fraction( mass ratio 3 /7),its desulfurization rate,mercaptan sulfur removal rate and octane number loss of blended product was 80. 6%,76. 7%,0. 1units respectively,which could meet the quality upgrade requirement of national gasoline standard Ⅳ.
