地木耳乳膏皮肤安全性实验研究

摘　　要：目的评价地木耳乳膏皮肤用药的安全性。方法采用家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤分组涂抹地木耳乳膏(1.0g/只)和空白基质(1.0g/只)进行皮肤刺激性实验;健康豚鼠分组涂抹地木耳乳膏(0.2g/只)、空白基质(0.2g/只)、1%2,4-二硝基氯苯溶液(0.2mL/只)进行致敏性实验,均以红斑和水肿情况为评价标准;对大鼠分组涂抹地木耳乳膏(1g/只)、空白基质(1g/只)和1%2,4-二硝基氯苯溶液(1mL/只)进行皮肤急性毒性实验,观察各组大鼠体质量变化、死亡及中毒反应等。结果地木耳乳膏对家兔完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性,给药48h后刺激性消失;对豚鼠无过敏反应和急性毒性反应。结论地木耳乳膏是一种安全性较好的外用制剂。Objective To evaluate the safety of Nostoc commune Vauch cream.Methods The skin ir- ritation test was performed on the skin of rabbits.The skin allergy test and acute toxicity test were performed on the skin of guinea pigs. Results Nostoc commune Vauch cream had no irritation on the intact skin of rabbits, but the mild irritation on the damaged skin was observed, which faded away 48 hs afterwards.Nostoc commune Vauch cream had no allergical reaction and acute toxicity on the skin of guinea pigs. Conclusion It is safe to use Nostoc commune Vauch cream which can treat the cutaneous diseases.
