摘  要:以不同类型的90份常用水稻品种为材料,利用筛选的19对SSR多态性引物构建了其指纹图谱,并分析了其遗传多样性。结果表明,19对SSR引物在90份水稻材料中共扩增出71个多态性片段,每个SSR位点可检测到2~7个等位基因,平均为3.74个;多态信息含量(PIC)值在0.228 3~0.790 6之间,平均值为0.542 1;Shannon信息指数(I)在0.244 9~1.796 1之间,平均值为1.021。聚类分析表明,90份材料的遗传相似系数在0.59~1之间,以遗传相似系数值0.66为阈值,可以将供试材料分成5个群,聚类结果较好地体现了各品种之间的亲缘关系。Different types of 90 common rice varieties were collected to analyze their genetic diversity and establish their fingerprint map by 19 selected SSR primers. The results showed that 19 primers detected 71 alleles in total with 2 - 7 alleles (3.74 alleles on average) detected by each primer. The PIC value was 0.228 3 -- 0.790 6 with an average of 0. 542 1. The average of Shannon's information index was 1. 021 ranging between 0. 244 9 - 1. 796 1. The cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarity coefficients among these 90 varieties ranged from 0.59 to 1. These varieties could be clustered into five groups at 0.66 of genetic similarity coefficient. As expected, the cluster analysis reflected basically the genetic relationship of the tested rice varieties.
