摘  要:针对国内某铀钼矿水冶厂酸浸尾渣厢式隔膜压滤机洗涤工艺中存在的铀和钼洗涤效率偏低的问题,研究了矿石进料量、洗涤水温度和洗水进料方式等对酸浸尾渣厢式隔膜压滤机洗涤效率的影响。试验结果表明:进入厢式隔膜压滤机中的酸浸尾渣量为(18±1)t(干矿量计)、洗涤水温度50~60℃,采用2次侧边逆流洗涤,U和Mo洗涤效率分别为93.8%和79.5%,提出的2级侧边逆流洗涤工艺可为其他厢式隔膜压滤机的改造升级提供技术参考。Application of van membrane filter press to dispose acid leaching ore tailings molybdatite hydrometallurgical mill is introduced, the factors such as the ore amount press, the temperature of washing water and the way of wash water feeding which in one uranointo the filter influences the effect of the uranium and molybdenum washing efficiency are investigated. Experimental results indicate that by application of two counter-current side washing, controlling the ore amount of (18±1) t (dry ore) into the filter press and the temperature of washing water is 50-60 ℃ ,the U and Mo washing efficiency of acid leaching ore tailing is 93.8% and 79.5% respectively, the two side countercurrent washing process can be provided technical reference for upgrading other van membrane filter press technology.
