摘 要:火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中铜的测量结果不确定度评定,主要考虑以下3个分量:测量重复性ur1、测量溶液浓度ur2、称样质量ur3。经过详细评定,按贡献大小排序为:ur1>ur2>ur3。针对引起每个不确定度分量的原因,提出降低不确定度分量的具体措施,从而降低方法总不确定度。Uncertainty evaluation of copper content in soil by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) determination is introduced. The study is mainly considered three weights which include measuring repeatability uncertainty ur1, measuring solution concentration uncertainty ur2 and sample weigh-ting mass uncertainty ur3. Through careful evaluation, the influence factor rank ordering is ur1〉ur2〉ur3. In view of the reasons causing the components of the uncertainty, the methods of reducing the uncertainty of the components were proposed.
