摘　　要：文章介绍了X60钢级管线管的成分设计及生产工艺过程,重点研究了热处理工艺,通过对试验结果的分析,得出采用调质工艺(淬火+回火)处理,管线管的力学性能完全满足相关标准要求。In the paper,it is introduced the composition design and process of production technology as well as emphatically studied the heat treatment technology for X60 line pipe.The test result shows that the mechanical property of line pipe could fully meet the requirements of relevant standard with the heat treatment technology of quenching and tempering.
