摘 要:为了解近年安徽地区小鹅瘟的流行情况,本研究对2011年-2014年安徽省11个地区的36份疑似小鹅瘟的,临床样品进行鹅胚接种、琼脂扩散试验和PCR检测,同时在分离的阳性株中选取10个分离株进行VP基因测序并绘制遗传进化树。结果共分离鉴定出31例鹅细小病毒(GPV)分离株,这些分离株几乎遍布安徽地区所有鹅的养殖品种,发生时间以春季为主,发病地区以中部和西部居多;遗传进化树分析表明GPV安徽分离株与国内大部分分离株属于同一分支,明显不同于国内疫苗株SYG61v和台湾疫苗株82—0321v,并且均属于强毒株。本研究数据显示GPV在安徽地区并未出现明显的变异。To investigate the epidemic situation of gosling plague in Anhui area, thirty-six suspected clinical samples were collected from 11 areas in Anhui area during time period 2011 to 2014, and subjected to virus detections and isolations. The results showed that 31 goose parvovirus (GPV) isolates were isolated and identified, and mostly all farmed goose breeds could be infected by GPV in Anhui area. The GPVs were mainly prevalence in spring and in middle and west regions of Anhui province. The phylogenetic tree analysis of the 10 GPV isolates revealed that they were genetically closed to the isolates from the majority areas in China, but obviously distinct from China vaccine strain SYG61v and China Taiwan vaccine strain 82-0321v, and those strains belong to virulent strains. These data illustrated that the gene of GPVs have no obviously variation in Anhui area.
