面向湖北省35所本科高校图书馆的移动APP调查与分析

摘　　要：图书馆APP作为高校图书馆移动服务的新兴模式,正被国内高校所重视与应用。湖北省高校众多,各高校图书馆移动APP平台建设情况不同,对它们进行系统调查有助于图书馆移动服务的开展和推进。本文通过登录湖北省高校图书馆网站、手机应用平台下载并体验、电话与在线客服咨询、微信公众号关注等多种方式,就湖北省35所高校图书馆的移动APP开发及使用现状、开发模式、宣传方式和功能模块进行系统调查与分析,以反映湖北省高校图书馆移动APP主要面临的问题,并对此提出提高服务个性化与针对性、拓展系统兼容性和稳定性、加大宣传力度等发展建议。As the new mode of university library mobile service, the library APP is being paid great attention and being applied in domestic universities. There are large numbers of universities in Hubei, and the construction of various university library APP platforms is different. The systematic investigation can be conducive to promote and develop the mobile services of library. Through logging into the websites of university libraries, downloading on the mobile application platform and using it, calling and consulting with online customer service, following on the WeChat account and so on, this paper mainly investigates and analyzes the development and present situation of the use of library APPS, the exploration models, the publicity ways and the function modules of 35 university library APPS in Hubei. The main problems of mobile library APPS in Hubei are found. Some development suggestions are put forward based on individual and targeted service, system compatibility and stability, publicity effort and so on.
