摘　　要：随着"互联网+"概念的提出,并被提升为国家层级的战略计划,运用互联网、物联网等信息技术对传统行业进行更新与变革已是大势所趋。图书馆作为公共服务行业,亦应借此平台,对传统的读者服务模式进行转型升级。文章介绍了中国"互联网+"行动计划给图书馆传统读者服务模式变革带来的启示。同时,提出了创新的"互联网+"读者服务模式,并探讨了该模式的优势及面临的难点。With ＂Internet＋＂ is proposed and promoted the strategic plan at the national level, using the Internet, networking and other information technology to traditional industries to update and change is an inevitable trend. Library as a public serviee industry, should take this platform to make the traditional reader service model transformation and upgrading. This paper introduces ＂Internet＋＂ plan of action to change traditional library reader service model brings enlightenment. Same time, it put forward the innovative ＂Internet＋＂ reader service model, and explores the advantages and difficulties of the model.
