摘　　要：简述消防部队士兵职业技能鉴定发展历程和工作现状,分析当前消防部队职业技能鉴定工作亟待解决的问题,从完善部队士兵职业技能鉴定工作体系、加快职业技能鉴定站建设、加大教育培训力度、改进职业技能鉴定的考务考评系统和加强师资力量建设等几方面提出建议,使士兵职业技能鉴定工作与部队训练紧密结合,推动消防部队职业技能鉴定工作快速发展,从而提升消防部队的战斗力。This paper describes the history and status of firefighting soldiers vocational skills appraisal, analyzes current issues with fire brigade professional skills to be solved, proposes suggestions such as improving the troops vocational evaluation system, accelerating the occupational skill testing station construction, increasing the investment in training, improving the professional skill evaluation system, strengthening the teaching staff to make soldiers voca- tional skills appraisal closely related with troop training, to develop fire brigade vocational skills appraisal, and final- ly to enhance the fire brigade combat effectiveness.
