摘　　要：消防设施维护保养检测机构作为社会消防公共服务体系的重要组成部分,对于提升社会消防治理水平发挥着越来越重要的作用。对我国消防设施维护保养检测机构的发展现状进行了梳理,对其发展过程中面临的问题进行了分析,并提出了该机构的发展对策建议。As a necessary part of public service system, the fire - facility protection and testing institutions play an increasingly important role in improving the level of social fire safety administration. In this paper, the business modes of these institutions in America, Japan and Hong Kong are analyzed to learn some experience and inspiration available for the development of the interior fire - facility protection and testing industry.
