摘  要:变电站钢管构架柱柱脚采用螺栓连接时,通常设计为圆形外露式刚接柱脚。构架柱脚受力复杂,不仅有压、弯、剪,还有拉、弯、剪;柱脚连接型式多样,有法兰连接、架空连接、地脚螺栓连接。因此,连接螺栓的设计计算与一般型钢柱有所不同。依据国家规范和理论计算方法,推导出各种连接方式的钢管构架柱脚螺栓设计公式,可供设计人员使用;利用excel和matlab计算工具,验算三种连接方式的螺栓内力并进行技术和经济对比分析。建议在高度高、跨度大、承受荷载大、重要性等级高的特高压工程中,可优先选用技术性能好的法兰连接;在普通变电工程中,应优先选用经济性好的地脚螺栓连接。When the steel-pipe frame column connects the base with bolts in substation, it is usually designed as exposed rigid column base with circular bottom. The column base is under a combination loading of pressure, bending and shearing force or tensile, bending and shearing force. The types of connection between column and base are variety, including flanged connection, overhead connection, and anchor-bolt connection. Therefore, the design and calculation of the connecting bolts in steel-pipe frame column base are different from that in the ordinary column base. The design equations are derived based on the basis of the national standard and the theory of ordinary column base;then the forces on the bolts in three different types of the column base can be got by using Excel and matlab, and they are checked and analyzed. In the UHV project, the frame are height, large span, large load and very important, lfanged connection is recommended for design use.In the general project, anchor-bolt connection is recommended for design use.
