Objective: Study the influencing factors of the peak time of imaging artery and peak attenuation. Methods: Collect the Smart Prep scanning parameters about twenty-nine samples of dynamic enhanced patients. Then by using single factor correlation and independent-samples test, analyze the influencing degree of patients' sex, age, height, weight, heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, BMI, dosage per kg on peak time and peak attenua- tion. Results: The peak time of twenty-nine patients is positively correlated to weight, height and BMI, and it isn't correlated to patients' age, heart rate, blood pressure and dosage. The peak attenuation is negatively correlated to weight, BMI and diastolic pressure, and positively correlated to dosage Meanwhile, it is uncorrelated to patients' age, height heart rate, systolic pressure.Woman' s peak time is quicker than men' s. Statistical analysis of differences has statistical significance. The differences in female and male peak attenuation have no statistical significance. Conclusion:Adjust the scanning time delay and the dosage of injection of contrast material to get the best diagnostic imaging by using the least contrast agent according to patients' BMI and diastolic pressure.
