眼保护预防措施在腹腔镜妇科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究腹腔镜妇科手术中采用眼部护理及减低气腹压等措施,对术后患者减少眼部并发症的影响。方法:将在医院行腹腔镜下妇科手术的120例患者随机分为两组。常规组采用一般眼部护理措施及设定气腹压14mm Hg;改良组采用特定的眼部护理方案及控制气腹压在12mm Hg。观察两组患者术后眼部并发症的发生率和术中不同时间点眼内压的改变情况。结果:改良组患者术后眼部并发症的发生率明显低于常规组。结论:通过合理有效的眼部护理及在不影响手术的前提下适当降低气腹压,能很好的减少腹腔镜下妇科手术患者术后眼部并发症的发生。Objective：Study of laparoseopie gynecologic surgery in the eye care and measures to reduce the low pneumoperitoneal pressure.The postoperative patients to reduce the influence of ocular complications.Method：In our hospital 120 eases of laparoseopie gynecologic surgery were randomly divided into two groups.General eye care measures and setting pneumoperitoneum pressure 14mmHg using conventional group;modified group with specific eye care plan and control pneumoperitoneum pressure in mmHg.The incidence of postoperative ocular complications and the changes of intraocular pressure at different time points in the two groups were observed.Result：The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the modified group than that in the conventional group. Conclusion：Reduction through reasonable and effective eye care and under the premise that is does not affect the operation of the appropriate drop low pneumoperitoneal pressure,can be very good laparoseopie gynecological surgery after ocular complications occurred.
