异位妊娠破裂出血并发休克的急救与护理分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨临床上对异位妊娠破裂出血并发休克患者实施护理、急救的方法与成效。方法：以42例2013年6月1日-2014年6月1日在医院接受救治的异位妊娠破裂出血并发休克患者为研究对象，对其护理、急救方法与成效进行回顾性分析。结果：以上42例患者在接受精细护理和及时救治之后，均痊愈出院，未发生并发症情况。结论：临床上针对异位妊娠破裂出血并发休克患者必须做到及时的救治，并且加强细节性和全面性护理，才能够及时地止血和挽救患者的生命。Objective：To explore the clinical patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage complicated with shock to implement nursing, first aid methods and results.Methods：in 84 cases of 2013.6.1. - 2014.6.1. Eetopic pregnancy treated in our hospital between rupture hemorrhage complicated with shock patients as the research object, according to the first aid and nursing methods of the different divided into control group （42 eases） and observation group （42 cases）. On two groups of the care, first aid method and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results： 42 cases in observation group after emergency treatment and nursing measures, emergency treatment effect is significantly better than that of control group, nursing satisfaction also is better than that of control group, at the same time in the operation time, postoperative exhaust time, average hospital stay compared with control group, there was no statistically significant difference in blood loss in operation.Conclusion：clinical patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage complicated with shock must receive timely treatment, and strengthen the detail and comprehensive care,which can timely stop hemostasia and save the patient＇s life.
