非抗组胺药在慢性荨麻疹治疗中的应用

摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹的一线治疗药物以第二代组胺H1受体拮抗剂为主,但一些慢性难治性荨麻疹患者往往对组胺H1受体拮抗剂耐受,临床上常常联合组胺H1受体拮抗剂与非抗组胺药共同治疗此类慢性难治性荨麻疹,以提高疗效。常用的非抗组胺药物有免疫抑制剂、白三烯受体拮抗剂、三环类抗抑郁药、生物制剂等。The first-line therapy for chronic urticaria is given priority to the second generation of histamine H1 receptor antagonists,but some patients with chronic refractory urticaria often resistant to the histamine H1 receptor antagonists.Clinically,we often combined histamine H1 receptor antagonists with non-antihistamines to treat chronic refractory urticaria in order to improve curative effect.The commonly used non-antihistamines include immune inhibitors,leukotriene receptor antagonists,tricyclic antidepressants,biological agents,etc.
