摘 要:集疏港道路交通随机性强,其运行状态难以表征,本文引入容量可靠度的概念,作为集疏港道路交通运行状态的评价指标。以沿海某集装箱港区实测疏港交通量为例,计算了集疏港道路容量可靠度,并对交通需求变化时该道路的容量可靠度进行对比与分析,以检验采用容量可靠度评价集疏港道路交通运行状态的有效性。研究成果可为港口集疏运道路的规划与设计提供理论依据。The traffic of seaport in/out road always changes at random, which is too hard to summarize. As an index, the concept of capacity reliability is adopted to evaluate the traffic status of seaport in/out road. Based on the measured traffic volume of vehicles leaving one coastal container terminal, the capacity reliability of port in/out road has been calculated. In addition, relevant analysis and contrast are carried out for the road's capacity reliability under different traffic demands in order to check the feasibility of evaluating traffic status of seaport in/out road by using capacity reliability. This research results will provide a theoretic basis for the planning and design of seaport in/out road.
