摘 要:为了使新型混凝土钢结构防火涂料研制过程中能够快速地进行配合比优化,通过一系列的试验分析了粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩粉、水含量和引气剂等对防火涂料导热系数的影响,对开发的材料在简单加载条件下按照火灾标准升温曲线进行高温模拟,作为快速进行防火保护材料的筛选依据,并对筛选出的防火涂料进行钢结构防火涂料耐火极限测试。结果表明:粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩粉、水含量以及引气剂都对材料的导热系数有影响,但是起决定性因素的是引气剂掺量;按所筛选出的配合比制备的防火涂料耐高温性能良好,且在高温加载下仍能保持完整性和很好的韧性;该类型防火涂料的导热系数与密度有着密切的联系,并给出了对应的模拟曲线。研制的新型混凝土钢结构厚型防火涂料的性能符合GB 14907—2002《钢结构防火涂料》规定的一级防火涂料要求。In order to quickly optimize the mix proportion of new concrete fire retardant coatings for steel structures in the development process of fire protection materials,through a series of experiments,the influence of fly ash,perlite powder,water content and air entraining agent on the thermal conductivity of fire retardant coating was analyzed. High temperature simulation of developed material was carried out in the simple load condition according to the fire standard temperature curve,which was used as the basis for quick screening of fire protection materials,finally ultimate fire-retardant test of the selected fire retardant coatings for steel structures was carried out. The experimental results show that:fly ash,expanded perlite powder,water content and air entraining agent all have influence to the thermal conductivity of materials,but the decisive factor is the dosage of air entraining agent. The selected mix ratio has good high temperature performance,and still maintain the integrity and good toughness while loading at high temperature. Experiment also finds that this type .fireproof coating thermal conductivity coefficient and density has a close relationship,and gives the corresponding simulation curve. At the same time,the properties of the developed new thick concrete of fire retardant coatings for steel structures has reached the first grade fire retardant coating requirements as specified in national standard GB 14907--2002 "fire retardant coatings for steel structures".
