摘 要:以有机硅溶液为成膜剂,分别添加不同类型的抗氧剂、光稳定剂,制备了抗老化防护涂料。通过热和紫外光老化前后力学性能变化,评价不同组成的抗老化防护涂料对PVC卷材的防护效果。结果表明:不同抗氧剂制备的抗老化防护涂料对PVC卷材的热氧老化性能均有一定程度的改善效果,其中抗氧剂1010的改善作用最为显著;不同光稳定剂制备的抗老化防护涂料对PVC卷材的紫外老化性能也有良好的改善作用,尤以UV770效果最佳。添加抗氧剂1010与UV770复合制备的抗光热老化防护涂料进一步提高了PVC卷材的抗紫外光老化性能。Anti-aging coating was prepared by adding different types of antioxidants and light stabilizers into organic silicon solution which used as film-forming agent. The protection effects of anti-aging coatings to PVC were evaluated by investigating mechanical properties before and after heat and ultraviolet aging test. The results show that anti-aging coatings prepared by differ- ent antioxidants can improve the resistance to thermal-oxidative aging of PVC to some extent and the improvement of antioxidant 1010 is the most significant. Anti-aging coating prepared by different light stabilizers also has a good effect on improving the re- sistance to ultraviolet aging of PVC,especially for the UV770. Anti-aging coating prepared by the composite of antioxidant 1010 and UV770 can further improve the resistance to ultraviolet aging of PVC.
