摘  要:摘要:研究了高强次轻混凝土匀质性设计方法,探讨了粗集料最大粒径、混凝土黏度、粗集料与水泥砂浆密度差等主要因素对高强次轻混凝土匀质性的影响规律。结果表明:粗集料运动速度与粗集料的最大粒径成正比,而与拌合物黏度、水泥浆体与粗集料密度差成反比,粗集料形状也会影响混凝土的匀质性。碎石形轻集料体积取代率为50%时,新拌混凝土的和易性好。减小配制混凝土的粗集料最大粒径,会使配制的混凝土流动性降低,匀质性变好。当粗集料粒径为16~20mm、粉煤灰掺量为20%、矿粉掺量为10%、硅灰掺量为5%时,能制得轻集料陶粒质量分层度δ1〈14%、碎石质量分层度δ2〈14%、浆体密度分层度δ3〈4%,匀质性、和易性都良好,不分层离析的高强次轻混凝土。Research on the uniformity design principle of the high strength semi-lightweight concrete,discuss the influence of maximum size of coarse aggregate, concrete viscosity,density difference of coarse aggregate and cement mortar on the uniformity of the high strength semi-lightweight concrete. The results show that:coarse aggregate velocity is proportional to the maximum size which is inversely proportional to the concrete viscosity and the density difference of coarse aggregate and cement mortar. Coarse aggregate sphericity also affects the uniformity design principle of the high strength semi-lightweight concrete apparently. When spall shaped lightweight aggregate volume substitution rate is 50%,the mixture segregation is little,and the uniformity is good. Reduce the maximum size of lightweight and ordinary aggregate,the uniformity of the high strength semi-lightweight concrete increases,liquidity of that reduces. The best value of the coarse aggregate is 16~20mm. Fly ash content is 20%,mineral content is lO%,wollastonite content is 5%. At this time, the high strength semi-lightweight concrete admixture can be fabricated that the mass slice degree of ceramist δ1〈14%,the mass slice degree of stone δ2〈14%,the density slice degree of admixture δ3〈4%,good uniformity and no slice & segregation.
