摘 要:研究了玉米秸秆掺量对氯氧镁水泥基建筑复合保温材料(C-MOC)力学性能、耐水性能、密度及导热系数的影响,通过XRD、SEM对C-MOC中氯氧镁水泥微观形貌和物相进行了分析。结果表明,当玉米秸秆掺量为20%时,C-MOC的性能最佳,密度为912 kg/m3,导热系数为0.236 W/(m·K),吸水率为33.64%,软化系数为0.61,28 d抗压强度为9.16 MPa,28 d抗折强度为5.72 MPa。玉米秸秆渗出液改变了氯氧镁水泥物相及形貌,由5·1·8相的针状结构转变为糖、酯包裹氯氧镁水泥的片状结构。In this paper, the effect of corn straw content on the mechanical properties,water resistance, density and thermal con- ductivity of building composite (C-MOC) with light insulation properties of magnesium cement based corn straw were studied, and mi- croscopic analysis of the phases and microstrneture of C-MOC were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that: According to the performance index,the optimum content of corn stalk is 20%. The density is 912 kg/m3, the coefficient of thermal conductivi- ty is 0.236 W/(m.K),the absorption rate is 33.64%,the softening coefficient is 0.61,the 28 d compressive strength is 9.16 MPa, and 28 d flexural strength is 5.72 MPa. The phase and shape of the magnesium cement were changed from needle shape to gel-like shape. The reason is that the sugar in exudate of corn straw coats 5·1·8 phase.
