摘 要:采用苏码罐采样,以预浓缩仪进行预浓缩,以DB-5毛细管色谱柱分离,质谱进行分析,建立了苏码罐采样-气相色谱-质谱法测定密闭环境空气中苯乙烯、氯苯、二硫化碳、三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、萘和正己烷等8种有害气体。试验优化了色谱柱型、色谱柱温度、预浓缩温度和进样量等条件。8种化合物的线性范围均为0.002 0~0.050 0 mg·m^(-3),检出限(3S/N)在0.2~0.4μg·m^(-3)之间。应用此方法对密闭环境中的有害气体进行检测,加标回收率在88.6%~97.1%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.4%~9.4%之间。GC-MS combined with summa canister sampling was applied to the determination of toxic gases in air of closed environment.The 8toxic gases included styrene,chlorobenzene,carbon disulfide,trichloroethane,trichloroethylene,tetrachlorothylene,naphthalene and hexane.The gas components were collected in a summa canisters and preconcentrated with a preconcentrator.The gas mixture was seperated on a DB-5capillary column,and then was analyzed by MS.The conditions of column type,column temperature,preconcentrated temperature and injection volume were optimized.The linearity ranges of 8compounds were all 0.002 0-0.050 0 mg·m-3,with detection limits(3S/N)in the range of 0.2-0.4μg·m-3.The proposed method was used to determine toxic gases in air of closed environment,giving recovery rates obtained by standard addition method in the range of88.6%-97.1% and RSDs(n=6)in the range of 1.4%-9.4%.
